Mobilizing Accountability in Congress - MAC

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) is failing Democrats and Americans. In the past week, a botched "autopsy report" was released which was disastrous and served no purpose. Then, the DNC social media post on Memorial Day was deeply offensive to America's men and women in uniform and rightly condemned by all and deleted.
MAC began, and now leads the call for an immediate Vote by the DNC Members to either vote for or against the current Chair due to the unprecedented failure and continued chaos plaguing the mission and jeopardizing the Congressional Midterms. Democrat Governors and Presidential candidates, among others, are now being summoned to LEAD and publicly call for the DNC to hold a Vote of Confidence or no confidence in the Chair Ken Martin.
Former President John F. Kennedy often quoted Dante that "the hottest places in hell are reserved for those who, in times of moral crisis, preserve their neutrality.
Our Mission & Leadership
Mobilizing Accountability in Congress is leading massive, unprecedented voter registration of eligible American voters who care passionately about holding their Congressional Members and Candidates accountable in the 2026 Congressional Midterm Elections. MAC's highest priority of voter registration and engagement in the U.S. Senate and U.S. House Battleground races will prove decisive in determining which incumbent U.S. Senator, Congressional Member, or challenger candidate wins. The margins in these election races will be anemic. Some races will be decided by a mere few hundred votes, or less.
MAC was Founded by Robert K. Houton, a parent who has passionately fought in the halls of the U.S. Congress for nearly a decade to advance common sense policies. Mr. Houton ran for the United States Senate in Maryland in 2024 and fought for policies Americans overwhelmingly support. Despite being outspent by $80 million, Mr. Houton continued his fight for Americans in qualifying for the Chairman of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) election in February of 2025. DNC party leaders from rural Republican states to overwhelmingly "Blue" states supported Mr. Houton's bid for DNC Chair after Mr. Houton listened to each to undertsand their priorities. Mr. Houton worked in Senator Edward M. Kennedy's (D-MA) office and has been interviewed or reported on by the majority of national news media, including CNN, Fox News, MS Now, The New York Times, Politico, The Washington Post, The Hill, News Nation, ABC News, NBC News, and CBS News. MAC is bringing leadership to register NEW voters and share the tools, policies, and message to each and every voter to WIN the 2026 Battleground races and beyond.
